What Are The Tests For Lead?

In order to detect the presence of lead a lead analysis is performed. This analysis is usually performed by taking paint samples from the home, acquiring soil samples from the surrounding area or using special handheld lead analyzers. Lead is often found in the bottom layer of the paint and in deep levels of soil. Therefore, it is necessary to reach those areas in multiple locations to verify the presence of soil if tests are performed manually. Handheld scanners are able to detect minute amount of lead in underlying areas.
