So, You're Scared of Price

We understand you’re concerned about price. Our prices are competitive. The real question is how much could this cost you if you have a mold problem and it goes undetected and it gets worse and worse over time (which it will).
Now the price you’ll have to pay for clean up will be in the 10’s of thousands when you could have paid a much much smaller price and you will have peace of mind.

Know this about your homeowners insurance:
Some insurance companies, like State Farm, have dropped coverage for mold altogether, even if it’s a result of storm damage.

For instance, Allstate provides mold coverage, but it imposes a $5,000 coverage limit on claims.

Homeowners insurance covers mold damage if it was caused by a “covered peril.” Otherwise, an insurance company will likely not cover mold damage.

Home insurance policies usually don’t cover mold that resulted from a preventable water leak, flooding, or high humidity.
